1. Reduce coffee consumption.
2. Day time nap (maybe on weekends & holidays) – Make the yogurt drink –
Wisk 1 cup of plane yogurt,
add water to make about 10 ozs.
add salt to taste,
1/4 tsp grounded roasted cumin seeds,
few cut mint leaves for garnish.
Consume this after the lunch.
3. One hour before sleep time –
1 tbsp of white poppy seeds (spice available at Indian stores)
with 5 almonds,
1 tsp melon seeds,
3-4 pods of green cardemoms to a fine consistency.
Place the mixture in a plate with 1/2 tsp of olive oil,
warm it in microwave oven.
Heat 10-12 ozs of milk or soya milk,
add the mixture,
bring it to boil,
let it cool a bit,
